1. When we receive your order we'll confirm it to you in writing and pass the details on to your local Tailor.
2. The Tailor will then contact you and arrange a convenient time with you to call.
3. The Tailor will visit and bring large fabric samples for you to see and to check your choice of fabric and colour - you can change the fabric for your order at this time if you wish.
4. The Tailor will then make a cloth template on your furniture, and then send the template to our works.
5. The template is then converted to a full Cover pattern using the latest CAD technology. From the calculated meterage a roll of fabric is selected and then cut by computerised cutter which ensures pinpoint accuracy. The Cover is then sewn and overlocked, and inspected. This process normally takes about 3-4 weeks.
6. When the Covers are ready for dispatch, if you've not already authorised us to take the final payment due, we'll ask you for it and when received, dispatch your Covers.
7. Your covers will then be sent to you by ParcelForce. You'll find the precise Tailoring and extra long zips make them very easy to fit, and in a few minutes your furniture will be transformed!
